A spacious, well equipped and well maintained 300 year old self catering property with two double bedrooms and ample space to sleep 6 adults.The house has a picturesque courtyard that is secured by a wall. It is ideal for holiday rental or long term lets for families or couples and is very safe for small children.
The house is located in a small peaceful square with no through traffic and easy parking. Arfeuilles is a simple mountain village with a pretty river running through it. There are many activities to keep you occupied in the area which is famous for it's gastronomy, broccante and superb scenery. If you are not too adventurous you can easily occupy your time enjoying the delicious French cuisine and taking in the breathtaking views.
This cosy stone built house with brand new tiled roof, is approximately three hundred years old and consists of a large living room, beamed kitchen diner, downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, inner hall and three bedrooms. It sleeps six easily in two double and two single beds, with a sofa bed available for guests in the living room. There is a cot and buggy available for babies. Outside there is a covered and then an open and secure walled courtyard with shrubs, patio furniture and a small bar be que. The well equipped kitchen contains an automatic washing machine and the house is heated by woodburners and electric radiators. English books, board games, videos and a TV video player are available for rainy days, ample information about the many tourist attractions is to be found in the living room.
The house is equally suitable for families or couples. It is very safe for small children. Single gender parties will not be accepted. Long term lets can be agreed by arrangement - last year a New Zealand family stayed for a year and their children attended the local school. Small well behaved dogs are welcome.
